The Harvest as an artwork
Milk crates become a pavilion. Reclaimed timber becomes part of the place. A Milk Bar is coming next. At The Harvest, we are making an artwork that pays tribute to Witta's dairy and timber industries, with room for people to gather and help shape what happens next.
The method behind the art
Art is part of how we work. A photograph, a film or a room someone can walk into can help us ask a question, try an idea and share what we have learned.
Go to the place. Be with the people. Earn the right to hear.
Ask the harder questions. Follow what matters, not what is funded.
Build the tool, the service, the infrastructure. Test it in the field.
Make the work that carries all of it into public consciousness.
Emerging and in-development
These works are in development. Their pages describe the idea so far and will grow as materials, collaborators and plans are confirmed.
