The Caravan
A room with wheels that goes to the conversation
About the work
Born at the 10x10 Community Capital Leadership Retreat, The Caravan is a hand-built room on wheels that travels between communities for leadership gatherings, listening sessions and on-Country conversations. The table is always set, the kettle is always on, and the meeting comes to the people rather than asking the people to come to it.
Why this work
The most important spaces are the ones that show up when and where they are needed. The Caravan is a room with wheels. It goes to the conversation rather than asking the conversation to come to it.
